Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Sales: Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's molecular diagnostics and gene-editing CRO services.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Medicine, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2. Experience: Prior sales experience targeting molecular biology laboratories is highly preferred. Candidates with established academic and hospital networks, solid sales channels, and a deep understanding of institutional workflows will be given priority.     Digital Marketing Specialist (New Media)

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. New Media Matrix Management: Oversee the daily operations of major domestic social platforms, including WeChat (Official Account & Channels), Zhihu, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and industry-specific vertical media. Manage the end-to-end process from content planning, copywriting, and editing to publishing, community engagement, and data monitoring. Build a differentiated content ecosystem to consistently drive follower growth and user engagement.
    2. Brand Content Creation: Aligning with GeneRulor's core business (specifically gene-editing safety assessment services), industry trends, and the latest scientific research, conceptualize and produce diverse content formats. This includes educational articles, technical deep-dives, case studies, short videos, and live-streaming scripts to effectively communicate GeneRulor’s technological advantages and brand value, ensuring both scientific rigor and broad market reach.
    3. Marketing Campaign Planning: Plan and execute integrated O2O (Online-to-Offline) new media marketing initiatives, such as educational live streams, virtual salons, technical seminars, and holiday campaigns. Effectively capture target audience attention, drive lead conversion, and maximize overall brand exposure.
    4. User Community Operations: Build and nurture core user communities by facilitating daily interactions, addressing inquiries, and gathering user feedback to consolidate digital user assets. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enable precise audience targeting and facilitate seamless user conversion.
    5. Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct regular performance analysis across all new media channels, tracking key metrics such as views, likes, shares, follower growth, and conversion rates.     I. Basic Qualifications

    1. Education: Master’s degree or above, with a strong preference for biology-related disciplines. The major requirement may be relaxed for candidates with proven new media operations experience within the biotech industry.
    2. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital/new media operations. Candidates with backgrounds in technology, healthcare, or specialized industry verticals are highly preferred.     1. Market Expansion: Formulate and execute comprehensive market-entry and growth strategies for the European region. Precisely identify and capture the demand for gene-editing safety assessment services among biopharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, academic research institutions, and CROs. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and business negotiation to contract execution and payment collection.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key accounts across Europe. Conduct regular client check-ins and needs assessments, provide prompt responses to inquiries, and seamlessly coordinate with the internal technical team to deliver professional support, ultimately driving high client satisfaction and repeat business rates.
    3. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory policies, market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technical demands within the European gene-editing sector.     Bioinformatics Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Pipeline Development: Develop and standardize bioinformatics analysis pipelines for both Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Third-Generation Sequencing (TGS) platforms, including Illumina, PacBio, and Oxford Nanopore.
    2. End-to-End Automation: Design and implement automated analytical pipelines to enable seamless end-to-end data processing, from raw data quality control (QC) to final result generation.
